We accept returns of physical products (books) within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mycatholiclibrary.co with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@mycatholiclibrary.co.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards;

  • Digital products (e-books, downloads);

  • Discounted or clearance items.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  1. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.
